In Northumberland County, high-speed services are currently available in most areas of Cobourg, Port Hope, Colborne, Brighton, Grafton, Warkworth and Campbellford. We are also able to provide the service in other areas of Ontario & Quebec where telephone company high-speed facilities exist. Subscribers must be within approximately 4.5 "wired" kilometres of the phone company's Central Office or remote high-speed switching equipment. |

| An existing residential or business line.
For locations without dial-tone, a nominal monthly fee for "dry copper" will
apply. TCP/IP network capable operating system Ethernet card with RJ45 connector for external modem/gateway. Telephone jack within two metres (six feet) of the computer is required. • Phone "filters" must be installed on each telephony device in the premises. One (1) filter is supplied with each DSL modem. Additional filters are available for $6.00 each. High-speed system and phone line compatibility is at no time guaranteed. • DSL services are a "permissive" technology and not available in all areas or on all phone lines. • Use of eagle.ca services indicates acceptance of our Terms & Conditions of Service. • See eagle.ca for further details |

All payments must be made prior to access being granted. Monthly renewals for high-speed services MUST be made via Pre-Authorized Payments from a chequing account or credit card. Applicable taxes are in addition to quoted prices. |

limited by distance, network load and/or phone company restrictions. Full-rate,
unlimited data transfer
broadband
services are also available.

Client supplied modems must comply with ITU standards G.LITE and G.DMT and have support for PPPoE. 3 Service includes the new registration of your domain name for a one year period. Subsequent annual renewals are currently CA$29.00 (for .ca domains) and US$29.00 (for .com, .net & .org domains). 4 Activation and/or installation fee is non-refundable and is not charged on renewals. 5 Clients subscribing to goldenDSL receive up to 20 gigabytes of data transfer (total of uploads and downloads) per month with their service.
