The LAC LA CROIX INDIAN PONY SOCIETY was formed to encompass a group of like-minded people dedicated to the rescue and preservation of the Lac La Croix Indian Pony. Our immediate mission is to re-educate the general public about this truly wonderful animal of Canadian Heritage. Our long term goal is Breed Recognition under the Animal Pedigree Act. Through static displays, advertising materials, and live on-site display at fairs and events throughout the March to September season, the breed is actively promoted.
