Dear Ben

Now that you have expunged your initial erroneous reference to Peter Delanty's alleged campaigning during the Trudeau funeral, this is a bit of an afterthought, but it's still worth bringing to your attention. Your original story noted that Joan Chalovich cancelled her Dutch Oven Coffee Club that morning (October 3) "out of respect" (maybe not your exact words but close).  Well please look at this direct quote from "Where's Joan?" for October 3, 2000: "10:00 - Mayor Joan and Karen joined the Coffee Club group at The Dutch Oven for town talk. The usual table groups were in place and offered lots of friendly advice."
Well, Ben, who's telling the truth? Someone isn't. Cancelled or not? Big credibility gap here, Ben. Yours or Joan's?
