Hockey/skating rink/meeting hall

The rec report says Cobourg doesn't need a new rink yet many hours of
ice time are being rented from rinks in Grafton, Colborne & Port Hope.
Practice time for rep teams have been reduced from 90 minutes to 60 -
hardly enough to work up a good sweat. As for the last two years kids
will be required to practice at 6 am.

Do they support a new rink in Cobourg?

Would they lead a fundraising drive to build a new rink in another West
Northumberland municipality?
