RICE LAKE TODAY

Alpine Resort located on Rice Lake, only 1.5 hours away from Toronto, offers unspoiled countryside for you to explore. If you enjoy fishing with amenities for the family to enjoy,  this is the place for you. Rice Lake boasts the most fish per acre of any lake in Ontario. We can offer you walleye (pickerel), large mouth bass and small mouth bass, muskie, blue gill, perch,  and crappie spread throughout the 22 mile long lake and rivers.

On the premises there is a snack bar, store with gifts and  souvenirs, fishing licenses & live bait, laundry facilities, paddle boats, kayaks, canoes a 20' x 40' inground pool,  water-skiing (high season), volleyball court, children's playground and horseshoe pits, bingos, recreation room with pool table and video games.

You can bring your own boat or rent one from our fleet of boats and motors to get to where the fish are biting.  We have 14' boats with 9.9 hp. motors, 30 or 40 hp bass boats, and 40 and 60 hp 
pontoon boats all at very reasonable rates. Two screened fish cleaning stations and a locker by your dockside are provided for you to clean your catch and lock up your fishing gear.
