I have sanded and refinished the pine stairs and the hardwood floors throughout. This is most visible in the front hall.
I plan to put carpet runners here to protect the floor where they get walked on most but I haven't done that yet.

I took these pictures before I hung any paintings so the walls look kind of bare.

Eventually I will remove the carpeting and try to match the wood floors but this rug is not very old and it's okay for now.

This isn't finished yet, but all my files, supplies and equipment are in one place.
