The Bearer is William Simson Senior a U.E. Loyalist. I have entered a warrant for three hundred acres of land for him and also a warrant for his sons Thomas and William for 200 acres each he wishes to locate the lands for himself and sons any assistance you can give him will confer an Obligation on your very obedient and humble servant,
