"An Awful and Eventful Contest" - The War Of 1812 by Victor Suthren
Hello and welcome to the Northumberland Militia web
page. This site is a project that is being done by students in the
History department at CDCI West high school in Cobourg, Ontario.
The purpose of this site is to bring forward information on the Northumberland
Militia to the public and be the first comprehensive source on the militia.
Because there is not a previous written history of the militia there is
still a lot we do not know. That is why contributions would greatly
