This car requires a light restoration. Car has mostly very good interior (nicer looking than a new interior kit
- slight patina), wooden dash board good, seats original - no visible tears, very little wear, requires carpet,
and some incidental vinyl trim. Interior is Red. Car has solid floors, frame appears faily good, (unaware of significant
repairs required , possibly requires rear bumper mount rebuild/patching, light body restoration, main rust concern
is door latch panels, and related inner structure. Front fender driver side good, front fender passenger side has
narrow rust hole, front shroud has damage, repaired with fiberglass, (I have pulled off the fiberglass to reveal
the true condition - two welds to the aluminum are required on passengers side, otherwise only smothing, sills
in place, and only some perforation, (should replace), doors have no holes, trunk lid has been stolen, but I have
a fair one to go with this car, also repairable passenger rear fender will be supplied for missing one, roof white,
is in good usable condition (replace for full restoration), requires all new brake and clutch hydralics, exhaust
system, tires, bumpers grill, and minor chrome, lights replaced, etc. Car has overdrive transmission.
This car was bought in 1971 and stored indoors in a dry warehouse - it is an ugly purple at the
moment, appears to have been White when new, bring it back to it's former glory. |
